嘉宾简介：
孔宪辉（Joseph H.W. Hung, Ph.D.） 香港中文大学资深教授。香港中文大学英语语言文学学士、英国爱丁堡大学应用语言学硕士、博士。任职于香港中文大学英文系，并任香港中文大学联合书院语言推广项目主席及特别研究员、资深书院导师、院务委员会成员，田家炳基金会重庆教师培训项目学术委员会主任等职。曾任香港中文大学英文系应用语言学本科生及硕士生项目主任，香港中文大学联合书院教导处主任，伦敦大学学院荣誉研究员，英国剑桥大学沃尔森学院、爱丁堡大学应用语言学院访问学者。研究领域广泛，尤其在英语课程设计、基于汉语环境下的英语教学、商务英语交际、英语语料库语言学、语法教学及利用神经认知语言学提高母语及第二外语教学等领域研究成果突出。

内容简介：
The ‘effectiveness’ of students’ English learning presupposes their conceptions of ‘results-based goals and objectives’, and is determined by the extent/degree to which the students (Ss) have achieved the expected learning results/outcomes.
STU students’ clear understanding and actual implementation / realization of their English learning goals / expected outcomes hold the key to their personalized English learning effectiveness and achievement.
This presentation will propose an ‘effective learning framework’ to help STU Ss clarify and understand their English learning goals and the learning outcomes expected of them on STU campus and in the workplace in Contemporary China.
